New Signs!

After serving Rainy River for more than a decade the old signs at the west and east entrances to the community have been given a face lift. Rainy River and District Chamber of Commerce Past President Susan Carpenter worked on the project which received funding from FedNor to redo them. Local businessman Greg Wilson, of Wilson's Signs and Monuments did the work on them. They were installed right before Railroad Daze. They not only welcome people to Rainy River but feature a talker board often used to announce upcoming events in the community.
