We all know all about water, don't we? We drink it - we wash in it - we give it to our animals - we water the garden - water is all over the place.

Why the big cuts to public service?

Word is that there are some steep cuts to public services and drastic changes to our pension system coming in the next federal budget. The big question I have is ‘why?’

Harper is failing Canadians when it comes to E.I.

The Harper Conservatives have made a mess of our Employment Insurance system. While tens of thousands of Canadians struggle with losing their incomes only to have access to their EI benefits delayed, rejected, or expire the Conservatives appear content to let them suffer by eliminating thousands of Service Canada jobs and wasting millions on the creation of a useless department to oversee the program.
