Our society has lost sight of the fact that every person living has a father and a mother whether they want them or not. Children just don’t happen any other way.

After all, public policy is not shaped by anybody’s personal view, but rather by an election platform and support for the traditional family is not part of Mr. Eves’ platform.

On October 19, 1953 a birth took place. On that day Riverview United Church was formed. Now, in 2003, we are celebrating 50 years of living, learning, working, and worshipping together. To do this we are having a party!
