Even early in the morning the Rainy River Trade Show began to fill up with visitors.

Members of the Baudette Just for Kix Dance Club attended the Fargo/Moorhead United We Dance Competition April 19th and the Mini Kix team came in second place. Three of the twelve Rainy River High School students that qualified for NORWOSSA Badminton playoffs in Dryden last Wednesday have advanced to NWOSSAs this Wednesday in Thunder Bay. Left to right, Courtney Hansen won Gold in Junior Girls singles, Jordan Hansen and Catherine Whetzel won Gold in Badminton Doubles. Good luck in Thunder Bay!

Olivia “The Predator” Gerula of Winnipeg, MB. is Bob and Elsie Ewald’s (of Rainy River, Ont.) granddaughter.

Cast members for the upcoming Pequana Playhouse production of The Sound of Music were busy practising last week getting ready for the shows which run Thurs. to Sunday at Lake of the Woods School in Baudette.

This youngster was one of about 150 kids that participated in the annual Rainy River Easter Egg Hunt at the RR Rec. Centre Saturday.
