(Fort Frances, Ontario) During the early morning hours of November 18th, officers from the Rainy River Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police arrested the driver of a vehicle on Highway #11 near Worthington Road #2 after observing the vehicle being operated in an erratic manner.
