It appeared that four Aces were going to win the Rainy River District Fastball League All Star game Tuesday, in Stratton, but then the Deuces gave the Aces the Royal Flush.

The OPP Marine Unit patrolled Rainy Lake this past weekend. On Saturday July 9th, Officers patrolled the South Arm of Rainy Lake to Kettle Falls. They checked 38 vessels issuing 2 Liquor Licence Act charges, 3 Liquor Licence Act warnings and 22 Small Vessel Regulation warnings.
