Hats off to the Class of 2012!

The Rainy River High School Class of 2012 was presented during graduation exercises last Wednesday evening. Following the evening of speeches and presentations, the class gathered for class photos and the traditional tossing of the caps photo. Tuesday, June 5 was Intermediate Track & Field day at Riverview School in Rainy River. The students competed against schools from around the region in the Relay (shown here) as well as many other Track & Field events.

Paving the way for walking

The town crew and the Pioneer Paving company were busy last Tuesday, paving the walking path that runs through Hannam Park, it joins with the trail from First Street to Riverview School, which was paved in the 1st phase last year.

Extraordinary Musicians

On Wednesday, April 26, Our Lady of the Way students in Grades 1 - 3 attended the Music Festival and placed First in their division with an overall score of 87. Back Row: Avery Kreger, Hannah McDermid, Jevonte Phillips, Angel Medicine, Kirsten Armstrong, Jaden Medicine, Front Row: Marcus Medicine, Joaquin Medicine, Paige Asselin, Keira Govier, Hailey Copenace and Sarah McDermid. For their participation, the students received the St. Patrick's CWL Judaeo Christian Award.
